Guys,
We have hard time registering com objects, eg: TABCTL32.OCX in Windows Vista.
It is due to the User Access Control.
To register it, you can go to msconfig, yes, msconfig - the great tool to use since win9x!~
msconfig > tools > disable UAC
then go to the particular directory,
regsvr32 TABCTL32.OCX
My apps then works!
Just 2 cents if you faced this issue.
